Prado Basin Hunting Retriever Club is located in Chino Hills of Southern California. Prado Basin HRC is affiliated with the United Kennel Club (UKC) and the Hunting Retriever Club, Inc. (HRC). The HRC is an organization, "Conceived by hunters for hunters" and is dedicated to work toward the betterment of Hunting Retrievers as a whole and influence the breeding and training of better Hunting Retrievers; to provide hunters and Hunting Retrievers a series of actual Hunting tests in a controlled system and furnish an ongoing educational program for the Hunters, for their training, experience, and sporting competition.

Prado Basin HRC's training days and hunt tests are held at the Prado Recreation Dog Park consisting of 585 acres of land and water exclusively tailored for various types of dog training.
